The following Cookies Policy sets out the rules for recording and accessing data on Users’ Devices using the Website for the purposes of providing services by electronic means by the Website Administrator.

§ 1 Definitions

External service – website of partners, service providers or recipients of the Administrator
Administrator Avergon s.c., ul. Przemysłowa 1H, 77-100 Bytów NIP 8421783647 REGON 387312120 – providing services electronically via the Website and storing and accessing information on the User’s Devices
User – a natural person for whom the Administrator provides electronic services via the Website.
Device – an electronic device, including software, through which the User obtains access to the Website
Cookies – text data collected in the form of files published on the User’s Device

§ 2 Cookie Types

Internal cookies – files placed and read from the User’s Device by the ICT system of the Website.
External cookies – files posted and read from the User’s Device by the ICT systems of external Websites.
Session cookies – files posted and read from the User’s Device by the Website or external Websites during one session of a given Device. After the session is finished, the files are removed from the User’s Device.
Permanent cookies – files posted and read from the User’s Device by the Website or external Websites until they are manually removed. Files are not automatically deleted at the end of the Device session, unless the User’s Device configuration is set to delete Cookie files after the end of the Device session.

§ 3 Security

Storing and reading mechanisms – the mechanisms of storing and reading Cookies do not allow the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the User’s Device. The transfer to the User Device of viruses, Trojan horses and other worms is not practically possible.
Internal Cookies – internal Cookie used by the Administrator are safe for the Users’ Devices
External cookies – the Administrator is not liable for the security of Cookie files from the Website partners. The list of partners is provided further in the Cookie Policy.

§ 4 Purposes for which Cookies are used

Marketing and advertising – the Administrator and external Websites use Cookie files for marketing purposes and for the purpose of sending advertisement to the Users.
Statistical data – the Administrator and external Websites use Cookie files to collect and process statistical data, such as statistics of visits, statistics of Users’ Devices and statistics of users’ behaviour. This data is collected for the purpose of analysis and improvement of the Website.

§ 6 The possibilities of determining storage conditions and obtaining access to the User’s Devices by the Website and external Websites

The User can at any time change the settings for saving, deleting and accessing the stored Cookie files.

The User may, at any time, delete any cookies already stored using the tools of the User Device through which the User accesses the Website services.

§ 7 Disclaimer

The administrator uses all possible measures to ensure the security of data placed in Cookie files. However, it should be noted that ensuring the security of this data depends on both parties, including the User’s activity and the security status of the device they use.
The Administrator is not responsible for the interception of data contained in Cookies, impersonation of the User’s session or their removal as a result of the User’s conscious or unconscious activity, viruses, Trojan horses and other spyware that may infect the User’s Device.
In order to protect themselves against the threats indicated in the previous point, Users should comply with the rules of cybersecurity.
Services provided by third parties are beyond the control of the Administrator. These entities may change their terms of service, purpose and use of cookies at any time. The Administrator is not responsible as far as the law allows for the operation of cookies used by partner websites. Users can independently manage permissions and cookie settings for any website at any time.

§ 8 Service requirements

Limiting the recording and access to the Cookie files on the User’s Device may result in incorrect operation of some of the Website functions.
The Administrator shall not be liable for the malfunctioning of the Website if the User restricts in any way the possibility of saving and reading the Cookie files.

§ 9 Changes to the Cookie Policy

The Administrator reserves the right to any change of this Cookie Policy without the need to inform the users thereof.
The introduced changes to the Cookie Policy will always be published on this website.
The introduced changes shall enter into force on the day of publication of the Cookie Policy.
